What personal data we collect and why we collect it
When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
This site uses contact forms to help users submit questions about the coaching services provided by Tim Svidnytskiy. We collect personal data such as: first and last names, email addresses, phone numbers as a means to identify the person submitting the form, and to contact that person with a response. Some forms, such as course registration forms may ask for more sensitive information such as: date of birth, and home address. This information is used solely for the purposes of course administration and no identifying information is shared with any other third party for the purposes of marketing.
All of our forms utilize recaptcha. This is a Google anti-spam tool that we use to ensure that only legitimate users are submitting contact forms. Visit Google Recaptcha to learn more.
It is good practice to avoid submitting highly sensitive content through website contact forms. Please provide only the information required to describe your feedback, or question, to get a helpful response.
