Well, it's good exercise,
and it's a lot of fun!

Enid Robertson

It's Q&A with my mother, Enid Robertson, on this episode of Silver is the New Gold. I wanted to know how my mother was exposed to, and participated in, sports in her youth, and how that helped influence our participation in sports when we were growing up.

I've had a number of elite/high performance athletes on the show, so far, but my mother represents the other end of the spectrum where participation in sports is fostered by a love of physical movement, and actively socializing with friends.
